Environment

The Directors and staff of Taypack  recognise the environmental issues associated with our major activities relating to waste, water and energy management as well as the issues relating to our peripheral activities. We aim to implement all reasonably practicable measures to prevent pollution to the environment and comply with all current environmental regulations, legislation and approved codes of practice.

Taypack has developed, implemented and achieved certification to the international standard for environmental management systems - BS EN ISO 14001 in 2005

Taypack have been awarded the VIBES award for medium businesses in the east of Scotland 2005 and crowned as National VIBES winners in the Medium Business Category for the whole of Scotland 2006.

We continue to improve our Environmental Management System. Some recent environmental projects at Taypack include Carbon Footprint report, Waste recycling system and Habitat Survey.
