Our training and development programme supports our staff through courses on everything from general health and safety training to studying for internal and external qualifications.

Our success depends on this!  Learning and development is an integral part of Taypack’s culture.

A minimum of one annual appraisal focuses on:

  • The business goals and strategy and the employee’s unique contribution towards it.
  • The level of competence required in the employee’s current role (functional and behavioural).
  • The skills and knowledge the employee needs to learn to succeed in their current role.

Learning is an ongoing process and all employees work with their line manager throughout the year to ensure they develop the skills they need to enable them and the company to keep performing and growing.
